And when it comes to stress at work, women enter the tendency to eat less or eat too much and also not eating right which leads to malnutrition. So what should women who work to focus on the diet? For most working women , it is essential to have at least 750 ml of milk all day, sprouts or cooked vegetables should be included in the diet at least twice a week , 150 grams of daal cooked in a meals is important to overcome the deficiency of protein and green leafy vegetables to be included to overcome anemia. In addition, honey with milk is a good choice to stay in shape and prevent nutritional deficiencies. Also, include fresh fruit, salad, a healthy breakfast and drink plenty of water – it definitely helps to overcome stress.
