
Ahmedabad: The Election Commission has ordered a police complaint or FIR ( First Information Report ) against Narendra Modi to flash the symbol of the party and make a speech to the polling booth in Ahmedabad, which voted this morning.
“It is evident by the tone and tenor of Modi made a political speech. Had intended , calculated to influence the vote today. Modi intended to affect the outcome of today’s vote across India ,” said the Electoral Commission in its notice.
Mr. Modi prime ministerial candidate of the BJP , had blinked symbol ‘ lotus ‘ of his party, while the vote and later tweeted a selfie your inky finger . ( Narendra Modi takes selfie after voting in Ahmedabad )
“After analyzing the electoral process and the minds of voters so far, I can say that this time nothing could save the government mother – son … a strong government will come to power ,” he told a cheering crowd outside, the promise of the defeat of the holder of Congress is headed by Sonia and Rahul Gandhi.
The law prohibits candidates from prospecting to 100 meters from a voting area .

In response, the BJP spokesman Meenakshi Lekhi , “There was a press conference organized . Shall respect the Electoral Commission. Mr. Modi has not violated the code of conduct. ”
Congress spokesman Shakeel Ahmed called Mr. Modi a ‘ serial offender ” . The party had previously opposed the publication of the manifesto BJP , on April 7 , the first day of voting in the national elections of nine phases .

Aam Aadmi Party Arvind Kejriwal also said Mr Modi ‘s seeing a prominent lotus , symbol of his party. Ashutosh party tweeted shortly after Mr. Modi voted , ” BJP launched manifesto on election day. Modi made road show in another election day and now PC ( press conference ) with the symbol of the party today . Will react CE ? ( Sic ) ”
Mr Modi ‘s supporters have argued that voters may be asked to hide her hands, which is a symbol of the Congress.
