Recipe: Egg (no meat) kebabs
A healthy without meat Kebab that satisfies your palate as well as being nutritious.
ingredients:
4 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp Gram Flour
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tsp Garam Masala
½ teaspoon of black pepper powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
¼ cup bread crumbs whole
2 tablespoons water
Rapeseed oil 1 tablespoon
Salt to season
Method: Grate the boiled eggs. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Adjust the seasoning. Divide the mixture into 10 small kebabs. Heat oil in skillet and cook the skewers until browned on both sides. Serve with cilantro mint chutney.
