
Bridgetown: England Twenty20 captain Stuart Broad acknowledged Sunday that he will sit out the rest of the Caribbean tour to rest a knee injury.
After his side lost the opening match on Sunday a three-match series T20 by 27 runs, Broad said he wanted to be fully recovered in time for the twenty World Bangladesh later this month. “Do not worry with the knee, he had long,” Broad tweeted.
“The workload during the winter was a time, he needs treatment. 7 days should be fine. “
The second third match between West Indies and England are Tuesday and Thursday at Kensington Oval in Bridgetown.
