Mumbai : It was a meeting of pillars, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena as (MNS ) chief Raj Thackeray has welcomed Lata Mangeshkar and cricket great Sachin at his residence here on Sunday Tendulkar . The opportunity which the three together was to present Tendulkar with a gift, which was given to him by the queen of melody.

“I moved into a new home . So I wanted to have some sort of article Lata Didi had used to keep it in my music room. Something like a handkerchief ,” said Tendulkar . “When I used to travel to play cricket abroad, I used to listen to music , especially the songs sung by Lata Didi . You were my silent companion , ” he said.
Sachin , who presented the legendary singer with an autographed shirt, said he considers Lata as his mother. “She bless me as a mother whenever I went to her. I’m like his son . “
Lata did praise on Tendulkar . ” I loved his cricket very much. As a human being , so I like it a lot . ” She said more than once , the legendary cricket player had been erroneously stated by the referee. ” However, he has never looked back to the decision of the referee. Am sad it is removed from the game . He would have played for a little longer ,” said Lata .
Meanwhile, Raj said he considered himself very fortunate to welcome two Bharat ratnas to his house. “I consider myself very fortunate that two Bharat ratnas met , ” he said.
In the past, Raj had rented two Mangeshkar and Tendulkar to different platforms and public meetings of the party for their enormous contribution to their respective fields.
