
Grilled chicken , rice and parsley salad to make a complete meal
For grilled chicken
ingredients
2 quarts chicken breast pieces cut in half
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Barbecue sauce 2 tsp
Pinch of sugar
4 tablespoons oil

Method: Marinate the chicken (without the addition of oil in the mixture) and keep it standing for 1 hour. Shallow fry the marinated chicken in golden color. Or grill to 180 degrees after brushing chicken marinated in oil for 15 minutes in a microwave oven .

Cauliflower 5.4 parts
1 potato
Sliced onion ( 1 onion )
4 tablespoons Peas
Carrot 6 rooms
Tomato 1 set

For the salad dressing , olive oil (2 tablespoons) pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice , 1 teaspoon chili flakes , sugar
Method: Cut all the vegetables into small / cubes and boil pieces. Now add the onion and tomato slices to the mixture and add the salad dressing. You can also add boiled eggs to this salad .
Butter rice
ingredients
1 cup Basmati Rice
Parsley leaves 2 teaspoons
1 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon oregano
Salt to taste

Method: Melt the butter and add the rice and all ingredients and fry . Serve hot with chicken and salad.
