Ingredients:
Rohu / Hilsa / Tilapia Fillet. Take your pick depending on which you prefer more.
¼ teaspoon kalonji / nigella seeds
3-4 green chillies
turmeric powder
Salt to taste.

Method:
1. Clean the fish fillet.
Two. Rub fillets with turmeric and salt and keep it off.
Three. Pour the mustard oil in kadai and fry the steaks on both sides until they turn brown.
