Kanpur: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP ) chief Arvind Kejriwal addressed a rally in Ram Lila Ground in Kanpur today. The event is part of three-day tour of politically significant Kejriwal in Uttar Pradesh ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections .
