This allows the user to perform everything from simple moves up and down to change the volume of a paired device, to write letters in the air for composing text messages. Using GPS technology and iBeacon Apple , the ring can also be used to make payments in shops and restaurants , with a wave of the tick.

Its creators say the ring has been tested with the iPhone , iPad , Android , PC, Google Glass, smart watches , home automation devices , and web services like Twitter , Facebook and Evernote. The company says smart devices can also serve as a hub to allow the ring to control devices that rely on Wi -Fi instead of Bluetooth connectivity.
Logbar has led to Kickstarter to get the ring into production with the hope of being to start shipping the device from July this year . The initial batch only come in silver, but different sizes will be available with a printable brackets provided with means to ensure a good fit. The level of U.S. commitment $ 145 for a ring book has already been filled , leaving $ 165 as a cheaper level to make a claim for the device.
